Your Acquisition will Include: As proof of the painting's authenticity, you will find an autograph on the front of the canvas. The data of the purchaser, photos, the artist and the title of the picture will be saved under your account number. This also serves your own security and your legal rights in case of an event of loss or damage of the painting. Each work is an original painting and is signed by the artist. The artist and his works are registered at " Aranacci Galleria of Fine Art, Inc." All paintings are registered and digitally catalogued in our files. 

Along with the purchase of a piece of art you will receive;

Quality and Materials Used We use high-quality canvas and media. The canvas is already attached to wooden stretchers. This combination guarantees a high durability and excellent quality of the painting. The work of art can be hanged without using extra frames because the sides are completely painted. To protect the paintings from ultraviolet rays and dust, they are always covered whit a protective layer of varnish. Varnish provides clear, lasting protection for oil, acrylic, and water-based paints. It's free of the impurities found in natural varnish, so it will not yellow with age. It allows reworking of the painting, and can be safely removed by conservators for cleaning and restoring. 

Reference to the Copyright The work of art and its depictions are intellectual and material property of Aranacci. They are liable to the copyright according to the law. Copying is inadmissible and will be prosecuted. Copyright Protection Is Automatic Copyright protects "original works of authorship" that are fixed in a tangible form of expression. The fixation need not be directly perceptible so long as it may be communicated with the aid of a machine or device, such as pictorial, graphic, and sculptural works. Under the present copyright law, which became effective January 1, 1978, a work is automatically protected by copyright when it is created. A work is created when it is "fixed" in an original painting or in a copy for the first time. Neither registration in the Copyright Office nor publication is required for copyright protection under the present law. Purchasing or obtaining a painting, print or any artwork does not give to the purchaser any of the following exclusive rights granted to the copyright holder Aranacci Galleria of Fine Art, Inc.: The use of our trademark name - " Aranacci Galleria of Fine Art, Inc."- in titles or descriptions.
